ZapApps updates provide information on the features, bug fixes, and improvements in each release. This article includes updates released from the past week for the ZapERP inventory software.
1. New Product Barcode Template
Check out the new barcode template, including the company logo, product SKU, barcode, and UPC.
2. BigCommerce Order Status Improved
ZapERP pulls all the BigCommerce order and invoice statuses like Manual Verification Required, Awaiting Payments, Awaiting Fulfillment, Paid, Shipped, etc. When the order status is changed in BigCommerce, it is automatically updated in ZapERP.
3. BigCommerce Invoice pricing bug fixed
When the user updates the BigCommerce order as Awaiting payment or Paid, ZapERP will create an Invoice and update the balance amount.
4. Xero Duplicate Reverse Bill Issue Fixed
ZapERP allows users to select the “Create Reverse Bill” option by which automatic Vendor Bills are created for every invoice in ZapERP. All the Reverse Bills will be pushed to Xero automatically.
5. Xero Payment and Purchase status fixed
If the user has selected to save ZapERP Bills and Invoices as “Draft” in Xero and later when the payment is recorded for the Bills and Invoices in ZapERP, the status will not get updated in Xero.
6. BigCommerce product Modifier options Issue fixed
All the BigCommerce Modifier options or products Customizations will be pulled in ZapERP orders. All the options selected by the customer will be displayed on the “Sales Orders” for the user to pick and pack.
7. Get Sales Order reference number on Backorder
Whenever a Backorder is created from the Sales Order in ZapERP, the user will get the Sales Order number as a reference on the Backorder. It will allow the user to know the relation between the Backorder and the Sales Order.
8. Added Date Range in Stock Valuation Report
Selecting the date range in the Stock Valuation Report will allow the user to get the stock valuation for that particular period.
