1. Shopify improvement
Shopify refund issue: The total amount of Sales orders and Invoices will be reduced in ZapERP if the order in Shopify is returned.
Shopify and ZapERP sync efficiency is now improved. As a result, orders and invoices will be pulled much faster into the system now.
2. Login via QuickBooks
You can now register for a new ZapERP account using your QuickBooks credentials.
Once the user logs in to ZapERP via QuickBooks, then their QuickBooks account will automatically be connected to ZapERP, and the user will only need to set up the charts of the accounts.
3. ZapERP creates new products in QuickBooks
If a user adds a new product in his sales channel or deletes a product in the QuickBooks account by mistake then ZapERP can push that product to QuickBooks automatically when an Invoice or Bill is created for that product.
4. Amazon FBA shipping charge
ZapERP now pulls the Amazon FBA shipping charge with all the other order details.
5. ZapERP creates new products in Xero
If a user adds a new product in his sales channel or deletes a product from the Xero account by mistake, then ZapERP can push that product to Xero automatically when an Invoice or Bill is created for that product.
6. Xero tracked and untracked item now handle by ZapERP
If the ‘Track Inventory” option for a product is enabled on Xero, then ZapERP can also manage the inventory on Xero.
e.g. If a PO-Bill is sent to Xero, the quantity of the products will increase automatically if the track inventory is enabled.
7. Xero Inclusive/Exclusive tax now handle by ZapERP
As Xero provides inclusive and exclusive tax features for purchase invoices or sale invoices, in ZapERP if we create a bill without tax and push it to Xero, then Xero will automatically calculate the tax amount based on the item tax that was assigned by the user to that item. This is called inclusive tax for Xero.
Similarly, if the user assigns an external tax on the bill then this tax would be called an exclusive tax.
8. Report Title added for all the reports
Check out the titles added for all the reports in ZapERP. The descriptions help users to learn more about the Report.
9. All Bills are visible to all team members
Now all the PO-Bills created in ZapERP will be visible to all the team members.
